Responsibilities

• Perform Risk & Compliance review and collect performance data.
• Evaluate process areas for internal controls and regulatory controls.
• Document results and provide improvement recommendations.
• Communicate review results clearly, orally and in writing.
• Draft client-facing reports and drive them to final approval.
• Identify and highlight points from operational reports for service delivery.
• Collaborate with Center of Excellence on internal controls capabilities.
