Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Manila is seeking a Reservations and Guest Support Associate for Ruby Hotels. The role is hybrid, with office and remote days, handling reservations, mailbox tasks, and guest requests to ensure accuracy and high service quality.

You'll work with hotel partners and internal teams to optimize revenue, support guest experience, and participate in continuous improvement projects across the Americas Hotel Operations Support & Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Education, or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• At least 1 year of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in customer service and/or reservations in the Hospitality or Service industry.
• Experience with OPERA (PMS), GRS, Tool, or other reservation booking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily Ruby Operations and reservation tasks with accuracy, including mailbox management and group block reservations.
• Process individual guest reservations and update rooming lists and VCC entries.
• Collaborate with Ruby Hotels and internal teams to streamline processes and ensure service excellence.
• Escalate new, unusual, or complex tasks to management promptly.
• Identify and report system/tool issues to minimize service disruption.
• Support 24/7 operations with rotating day and night shifts.
• Maintain professional communication with partners and stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
