Envision Energy in the Philippines seeks a Business Development Associate to drive identification, evaluation, and development of utility-scale and commercial/industrial clean energy projects across the country. The role spans Solar PV, wind, and BESS to create standalone and co-located hybrid plants.

You will conduct market research, site identification, and pipeline origination; support permitting with DOE, ERC, DENR, and LGUs; and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy), Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, project development, or corporate strategy within power, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors (preferred).
• Direct experience in solar, wind, or battery storage projects is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Market research, site identification, and pipeline origination for multi-technology assets (Solar PV, Wind, BESS).
• Regulatory permitting and stakeholder management with DOE, ERC, DENR/EMB, LGUs and utilities.
