Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal clients and candidates. You will partner with leaders to design hiring strategies, source from multiple channels, and conduct structured interviews to ensure fair evaluation and a strong candidate experience.

You’ll also collaborate on employer branding initiatives and process improvements, negotiate offers, and provide hiring progress updates, while supporting colleagues globally in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong internal customer management and influence skills.
• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
• Conduct structured interviews, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the process.
• Partner with TA leadership on projects such as employer branding, inclusive hiring, or process improvements.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates.
• Provide data-driven updates on hiring progress.
