Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Makati City seeks a Pricing Supervisor/Manager to lead the Pricing Team within Pricing, Sales & Solution Enablement. You will deliver pricing support for global pursuits and multi-country bids, owning the quality and timeliness of deliverables while guiding a distributed team.

You will manage 8 professionals across two regional pods, drive platform transition, and partner with senior commercial and finance stakeholders to optimize pricing strategies and tooling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline. CPA/CFA advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 8 across two regional pods (2 Team Leads + 6 Pricing Analysts) with coaching and performance reviews.
Manage pricing support for global pursuits—template setup, bid return, scenario modelling.
Own pricing templates, models, FX updates, and release notes for platform evolution.
Lead the team through platform adoption, training, and change management during the transition.
