Job summary

CBRE Philippines is seeking a Pricing Supervisor/Manager to lead the pricing team across two regional pods, ensuring accurate and timely pricing support for global pursuits. You will bridge current tools and the new digital platform, guiding the team through parallel runs, adoption, and cut-over while addressing process gaps.

You will manage complex multi-country bids, own pricing templates, FX updates, and the progression of automation initiatives, while partnering with commercial and finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering. CPA/CFA is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of pricing/ FP&A/ deal modelling experience; at least 2 years in people leadership.
• Experience leading distributed global teams in a.shared services/GBS/offshore delivery environment.
• Proven track record of leading tool/platform transitions and owning pricing tools through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 across two regional pods, including performance reviews and onboarding.
• Monitor team performance and report at monthly team meetings.
• Run weekly team huddles to align on active deals and blockers.
• Manage capacity planning and timekeeping to prevent workload risk.
• Oversee intake, triage, and assignment of pricing support requests.
• Provide hands-on support for complex global pursuits and bid modelling.
• Escalate stakeholder queries as senior pricing advisor.
• Ensure on-time and accurate pricing deliverables across pods.
• Design, build, and release pricing templates and models.
• Maintain FX rate updates and burden/allowance updates in profitability models.
• Manage enhancement pipeline and release communications for each version.
• Apply automation to improve productivity and delivery quality.
