Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking an Assistant Supervisor, Pricing to join the HVACR AMEA team in a hybrid setup across Quezon City and Manila. You will drive pricing analyses, support price approvals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely price changes.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B pricing analytics, strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/SQL), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or Finance.
• MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
• Pricing qualification or certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive new price, price change, or discount requests from sales managers.
• Prepare comprehensive analysis (volume, margin, competition, peer, product capacity) for approvers.
• Route pricing analysis to proper approvals and provide any requested information.
• Maintain up-to-date log records of price requests and monitor turnaround times.
• Monitor pricing KPIs and take actions to meet targets; manage pricing databases.
• Coordinate price uploads into the Oracle system when required.
• Delegate price requests to team members to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain rebate submission tracker and provide weekly status updates.
• Coordinate with plant finance to prepare sales, price, and margin data for rebate analysis.
• Support ad hoc price and GP analyses for product marketing; create dashboards.
