The role manages a team of Pricing Analysts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of pricing deliverables while facilitating a transition to a new digital platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing, substantial people leadership experience, and the ability to adapt to change effectively. Benefits include a hybrid work setup and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, or bid/pursuit support.
• At least 2 years in a people leadership role.
• Experience leading teams through tool or process transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 across two regional pods.
• Manage the intake and assignment of pricing support requests.
• Serve as a key bridge between current and new pricing tools.
