Job summary

AECOM Philippines is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation and measurement across multiple projects. You will prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models, develop BOQs, and ensure measurements comply with standards.

You will collaborate with senior team members, apply cost control practices, and use QS software such as CostX or Revit to improve accuracy and efficiency in project delivery within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years in quantity surveying or measurement roles.
• Experience with quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation in 2D/3D.
• Proficient in QS software CostX or Revit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models under supervision.
• Assist in development of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements.
• Support preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Check and verify measurement outputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior team members and other departments.
