Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement PO Creation Specialist in the Philippines. You will ensure accurate PO creation, coordinate approvals, and manage vendor setup.

The role supports timely deliveries, invoice processing, and continuous process improvements within the procure-to-pay framework. The ideal candidate has a university degree in business-related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review PO creation requests for completeness and proper authorization.
• Ensure accurate PO creation with vendor info, items, quantities, and shipping details.
• Coordinate between PO requestor and approver for status updates.
• Maintain changes to open purchase orders in the system.
• Receive goods/services in the system upon arrival or completion.
• Complete invoice exception workflow to trigger AP payment.
• Close POs through regular stakeholder coordination.
• Track and report progress of all requests and POs.
• Submit requests to set up new vendors when needed.
• Publish monthly performance metrics with analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements in PO creation process.
