Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in Procurement, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations including sourcing events, price/terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies.
• Collaborate across departments to improve profitability and competitive position using market intelligence and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in the area of responsibility.
• Support automation and AI initiatives within the function.
• Build relationships with internal customers and external suppliers to address business objectives.
• Mentor and collaborate with fellow Source-to-Contract specialists.
• Apply Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions with team.
