Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Procurement Specialist (Supplier Consolidation) to identify and deliver supplier consolidation opportunities across product-focused categories. You will manage sourcing, tendering, and negotiations to achieve sustainable cost savings, while aligning with international suppliers, especially in China.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to consolidate assortments, materials, and purchasing requirements, driving efficiency and cost reductions in a remote,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience in supplier consolidation and tenders.
• Experience with China suppliers and international sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and cost optimisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify supplier consolidation opportunities across product categories.
• Analyze spend, pricing, product overlap, and inbound freight costs for savings.
• Prepare quotes and sourcing documentation for new initiatives.
• Prepare and issue tenders and RFQs to qualified suppliers.
• Manage multiple tenders and keep activities on schedule.
• Negotiate within established approval limits and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughoutTender/implementation.
• Track annualised savings from supplier consolidation initiatives.
