Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Public Relations Manager to lead strategic PR campaigns, manage client and media relationships, and guide a high-performing team from planning through execution. This role oversees projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budgets while meeting client objectives.

You will mentor PR Associates, collaborate with digital and influencer partners, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver measurable results for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR, account management, brand management, or a related industry.
• Experience directly managing a team of 3–5 employees.
• Proven experience in client relations, team management, and project management.
• Strong background in writing press releases, crafting key messages, and preparing presentations.
• Experience pitching and presenting strategies or proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools is an advantage.
• Having experience and exposure to Influencer Marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
• Develop and present PR strategies, campaign plans, key messages, press releases, and recommendations.
• Lead PR projects and campaigns from planning through execution, reporting, and evaluation.
• Coordinate with PR, digital, social media, influencer marketing, media relations, suppliers, and third-party agencies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Identify media opportunities, pitch stories, and coordinate interviews, press events, and publicity activities.
• Track media coverage and campaign performance and present reports and recommendations to clients.
• Lead and support the development of PR Associates and Senior PR Associates.
• Participate in client pitches, proposal development, market research, and business development initiatives.
• Stay updated on PR, influencer marketing, digital advertising, technology, and industry trends.
