Payreto is seeking an Account Executive to deliver Level 1 technical support, handle user administration, reporting, and client onboarding via hybrid work setup. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues for international clients, while maintaining high-quality service and documentation.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive learning, and strong communication skills to support Payreto’s payment technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years in Client/Technical Support for international clients preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels (phone, chat, email).
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, numerical and verbal reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, or chat for international clients and customers.
• Handle user administration tasks and basic system configurations.
• Input and process data accurately, generate reports per predefined configurations.
• Assist clients with onboarding and configuring e-commerce platforms and payment integrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely solutions.
• Document cases thoroughly in ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
