Job summary

Beepo is seeking a Product and Pricing Portal Administrator to manage and enrich data in PIM and related portals. You will maintain pricing content, coordinate with vendors and IPT, and support sales teams with price lists while ensuring data accuracy and governance across multiple sources.

The role requires experience with SQL, AI, Power BI, and ERP pricing in a hybrid work setup, with a Clark, Pampanga office as the base. Knowledge of D365/Ariba is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in SQL, AI and Power BI.
• Experience with large datasets using MS applications (e.g., MS Access, MS Excel).
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems and managing customer pricing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage, maintain, and enrich data in PIM and related portals.
• Maintain PIM content for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage uploads of price files and asset registers.
• Collaborate with IPT on design, testing, and publishing in PIM.
• Provide regular reports on PIM usage, issues, and activities.
• Plan and evaluate customer expectations through project delivery.
