KMC Solutions is seeking a People Engagement Intern in Metro Manila to support planning and execution of employee engagement programs and company events. You will collaborate with the People Engagement team on communications, creative projects, and culture-building activities while gaining hands-on experience in engagement, communications, and event management.

The role involves assisting with event coordination, content creation for internal platforms, and maintaining calendars for ongoing

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Project Management).
• Active involvement in school organizations or extracurricular groups is a plus.
• Availability for at least 300 internship hours (or as required by your academic institution).
• Strong interest in employee engagement, wellness, and internal communications.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events and programs.
• Support logistics for onsite and virtual events, including vendor coordination and venue setup.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of events.
• Prepare recap reports, documentation, and post-event evaluations to measure engagement impact.
• Draft, edit, and publish content for internal communications platforms.
• Maintain engagement calendars and promotional materials for campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming and contribute new ideas for activities and initiatives.
