Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Creatives and Communications Officer to conceptualize and execute creative strategies, visual campaigns, and internal communications that engage employees across digital and print channels.

Working with the People Experience and Communications team, you will translate campaign objectives into compelling visuals, develop multimedia content, and ensure brand consistency while delivering high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative development, multimedia production, or communications design.
• Experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, brand marketing, or corporate communications environment is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original creative concepts, campaign visuals, digital materials, and multimedia executions.
• Experience developing creative assets for employee communications, campaigns, events, or integrated marketing initiatives.
• Working knowledge of digital and print production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and visual conceptualization of employee engagement campaigns, programs, and events.
• Design and produce engaging communications collaterals for company announcements, organizational updates, employee programs, and internal campaigns.
• Transform key messages and briefs into clear, visually compelling content across internal channels.
• Develop multimedia content, including promotional videos, animations, motion graphics, and other digital assets.
• Execute high-quality digital and print materials, including posters, presentations, event collaterals, and promotional assets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support production and execution.
• Explore emerging design trends and tools to improve creative quality and communications.
