Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Player Engagement Team Lead in the Philippines, Pasig, to act as the bridge between the studio and clients and to lead, motivate, and train teams according to client requirements.

You will oversee schedules, coach shift leads, monitor ticket KPIs, create CRM views for reporting, and contribute to training material development in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong English skills.
• Experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of specialists locally and remotely; set goals and coach weekly.
• Monitor ticket databases and KPIs; review daily reports for anomalies.
• Create CRM/tool views for visibility and reporting; escalate client issues as needed.
• Develop training materials and assist in training material enhancement.
