Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking an Operational Excellence Consultant to support Transformation and OE initiatives for Finance, Actuarial and GWAM Tower, delivering process and performance improvement projects.

You will execute OE projects, lead data-driven analyses of metrics such as efficiency and CSAT, apply Lean/Six Sigma, manage stakeholders, and leverage AI-enabled tools including Alteryx, Power BI and Power Automate to drive automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in Finance and Accounting or related supporting role.
3 years Project Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Change Management experience.
Trained or Certified Lean Frameworks and/or Six Sigma Greenbelt with multiple project experience in OE frameworks.
At least 5 yrs combined experience in Finance Operations roles including PM, Process Improvement or Automation.

Responsibilities

Execute operational excellence projects assigned by Transformation & Operational Excellence Director.
Lead data-driven analysis of performance metrics (efficiency, accuracy, CSAT etc.).
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC/PDCA and document processes with BPMN.
Leverage AI-based automation tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate) to deliver improvements.
Manage stakeholder expectations and report project status; track benefits.
