Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced RCM Trainer– Medical Billing to lead end-to-end revenue cycle management, ensuring compliance and optimized cash flow in a hybrid work setting with night shifts.

You will mentor billing teams, resolve complex denials, and provide payer-specific expertise across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans while enhancing processes and training materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in medical billing / revenue cycle management.
• Proven experience in end-to-end billing processes across the lifecycle.
• Prior experience as SME / Team Lead / Quality Analyst preferred.
• Certifications such as CPC, CCS/CCS-P, RHIT or RHIA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the full billing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as SME and manage escalations for complex billing issues.
• Analyze denials and AR to drive recovery and preventive actions.
• Train and mentor billing teams on end-to-end RCM, denial strategies and coding best practices.
