Global Staff Connections Inc. is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee US audit engagements from planning through completion, leading audit teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring adherence to US GAAP and professional standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Accountancy (MBA preferred), be a CPA, and have a minimum of 6 years in public audit, including 3 years in a supervisory role. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required or implied.
• 6+ years of public audit experience; 3+ years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and professional standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Develop audit strategies, oversee fieldwork, and review deliverables for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage client relationships and provide actionable audit recommendations.
• Coach and develop audit staff through feedback and mentoring.
• Monitor engagement budgets, deadlines, and billable hours to ensure efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices across audits.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
