Job summary

TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking a US Intermediate Auditor to serve as a technical lead for North American client engagements, delivering end-to-end audits, reviews, and due diligence. You will guide junior staff, ensure compliance with US GAAP and US GAAS, and manage workpapers, financial statements, and management letters, while working a Monday–Friday night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Experience handling US-based clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US GAAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse client engagements, including audits, reviews, and due diligence.
• Perform advanced testing on high-risk accounts with precision.
• Prepare workpapers, financial statements, and management letters.
• Review junior staff work and ensure US reporting compliance.
