Job summary

GTG Talent Consultancy Inc. is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Associate to serve as a key contact for assigned audit engagements.

You will manage day‑to‑day activities, supervise junior staff, interpret standards, and coordinate with global assurance teams to deliver high‑quality work. You will leverage your CPA credentials and 3+ years of external audit experience to mentor staff, ensure quality, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of External Audit experience.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and audit standards.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, PSA and Taxation.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned audit engagements and ensure timely, high‑quality work per audit standards and client expectations.
• Review procedures and deliverables prepared by junior team members, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Manage engagement workflow, allocate resources, monitor performance, and track budgets and utilization.
• Maintain clear communication with global and client-facing teams; build productive relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve audit processes, standardize review procedures, and share best practices.
• Lead, coach, and supervise team members, provide timely feedback, and support high-performing talent development.
