Job summary

D&V Philippines is looking for an Audit Supervisor to lead fieldwork on audit engagements and supervise associates. The role includes training staff and ensuring adherence to firm methodologies while assisting in client onboarding and engagement management.

You will prepare financial statements under US GAAP, manage engagements from planning to reporting, and stay current with accounting and regulatory standards. Hybrid setup with monthly/quarterly onsite meetings and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of auditing experience with Philippine-based clients.
• Background in Big Four is a plus.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit procedures per engagement plans and standards.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage engagements from planning to reporting and timelines.
• Analyze client information and internal controls to identify risks.
• Prepare audit workpapers and management letters for findings.
• Review engagement quality before partner approval.
