Job summary

White & Case LLP is hiring a People Project Manager in Manila for a hybrid, full-time role. The position leads complex People systems initiatives, including HRIS/HCM implementations, payroll and benefits integrations, and data reporting across the global firm.

You will partner with People leaders, Technology teams, vendors, and business sponsors to translate strategy into executable project plans, manage budgets, risks, and timelines, and ensure data privacy and security compliance throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing projects, including People or People systems initiatives.
• Experience delivering HRIS or HCM projects (Workday) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex People function and People systems projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Manage multiple workstreams across HRIS/HCM, payroll, benefits, learning, and data reporting.
• Define objectives, scope, governance, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across People, technology, and external partners.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in project delivery.
• Provide timely reporting on status, risks, and financials.
• Support adoption, knowledge transfer, and transition to support teams.
