Job summary

White & Case seeks a People Project Manager to lead complex HRIS and People systems initiatives across a global network. You will oversee HRIS/HCM implementations, benefits integrations, talent acquisition tech, and analytics projects, partnering with functional leaders and technology teams to translate strategy into executable plans.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and data privacy awareness, with hybrid work and UK-hours alignment where applicable.

Qualifications

Higher-level project management certifications and HRIS/People systems experience.
Hands-on HRIS/HR technology project delivery knowledge (e.g., Workday).
Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with vendors and budgets.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
PMO or governance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead complex People function and People systems projects from initiation to closure.
Manage HRIS/HCM platforms, benefits systems, learning tech, and data reporting.
Define objectives, scope, governance, and delivery expectations with sponsors.
Translate requirements into structured project plans and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across People, technology, and vendors.
Maintain project budgets, forecasts, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure data privacy, security, and governance compliance.
