Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Legal Intake & Client Services Specialist in Quezon City. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls and website inquiries, and gathering information about legal matters.

You will draft call summaries and intake notes for attorneys, document interactions in the CRM, and route issues to the appropriate attorney when needed. The role requires solid communication, organizational skills, and a foundational understanding of legal terminology.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal intake or legal support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess inquiries and route to appropriate attorney or team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for clients via inbound calls and website inquiries.
• Conduct initial intake conversations to gather information about legal matters.
• Use foundational legal knowledge to understand inquiries and provide general information.
• Prepare accurate call summaries and client intake synopses for attorney review.
• Document client interactions and case information in CRM or case management system.
• Handle communications from clients, opposing counsel, and external contacts professionally.
• Assess inquiries and route or elevate to appropriate attorney or team member.
• Maintain organized client records and follow intake procedures.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Provide general admin and client communication support as needed.
