LegalMatch Philippines, Inc. is seeking a focused Consultation Appointment Specialist to manage legal intake, case screening, outbound lead follow-up, and consultation scheduling. You will work with potential clients and attorneys while following account-specific workflows and guidelines.

You will make outbound calls to guide clients through intake, schedule consultations across multiple calendars and time zones, and follow up to maximize conversions. Proficiency with CRM and AI tools is valued.

Qualifications

Experience in legal intake and case screening.
Experience with outbound lead follow-up and consultation scheduling.
Ability to identify basic case qualifications and follow detailed workflows accurately.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with CRM, Slack, Notion, Trello, Calendly, or similar tools.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and validate outputs.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients guiding them through intake and scheduling consultations.
Schedule appointments across multiple attorney calendars and time zones.
Follow up with leads to maximize consultation conversion rates.
Document lead activity and status updates in CRM and tracking tools.
Identify issues that could delay the consultation process and escalate.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handoffs and clear communication.
Support basic administrative tasks related to scheduling and intake.
Use AI tools to boost productivity and ensure accuracy of outputs.
