Responsibilities

• Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliations against lease terms.
• Perform basic audits for lease administration clients and request information as needed.
• Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and charges.
• Assist with CAM reconciliations for accuracy and controls.
• Review contracts to identify fees such as audit savings and reimbursements.
