Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews and related logistics.
• Communicate schedules, confirmations and feedback with candidates and interviewers.
• Assist with collecting and tracking interviewer feedback for an efficient hiring process.
• Prepare and send offer letters and manage new hire paperwork.
• Coordinate background checks for student onboarding activities.
• Use Excel to track events, requirements, candidates and offers accurately.
• Support additional recruitment tasks and projects as assigned.
