Job summary

Payreto Services Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to provide world-class IT support, resolve tickets promptly, and maintain PCI DSS compliance. The role covers on-site and remote assistance, hardware/software configurations, onboarding/offboarding, and IT infrastructure management in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with Ubiquiti, PFSense, Fortinet, Windows 10, and Google Workspace. Manila-based preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and helpdesk tasks.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Respond and resolve IT tickets and requests promptly to meet SLA.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support; hardware and software configurations.
• Onboarding/offboarding: provisioning, access management, inventory.
• Manage PC setup, security groups, and upgrades as needed.
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance and document processes.
