Job summary

Angkas is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to maintain and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure and office technologies in Manila. You will support day-to-day operations, enforce security standards, and partner with internal teams to ensure tools and environments meet needs.

You will collaborate across departments, manage IT assets, and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives while enjoying a flexible, hybrid work setup in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, system administration, or corporate IT support.
• Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and office infrastructure.
• Proficiency in managing IAM, helpdesk platforms, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Hands-on experience administering collaboration tools and security platforms (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp or similar).
• Foundational understanding of enterprise networking (VLANs, failover, basic routing) and endpoint security.
• Experience coordinating with external IT vendors and managing hardware inventory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with automating basic operational workflows or integrating SaaS applications using low-code tools.
• Experience with MDM is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations & Execution: Assist in the IT Operations roadmap for office infrastructure, hardware rollouts, and business continuity.
• Office Infrastructure & Security: Deploy and maintain AV systems, meeting rooms, CCTV/IP cameras, and physical security tools.
• Network and Systems Administration: Maintain office networks, firewalls, switches, and endpoint security.
• End-User & Stakeholder Support: Provide tier-2 support for internal stakeholders.
• Automation and Process Optimization: Implement automations for HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Technical Support for Engineering Teams: Serve as IT liaison for engineering, QA, and DevOps.
• Mobile Device Management: Setup policies for mobile devices and manage MDM configurations.
