Job summary
A technology staffing firm is looking for an IT Infrastructure and Operations Specialist to implement, maintain, and support critical IT systems. Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in infrastructure support or systems administration.
- Proven experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and core networking concepts.
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Support Google Suite and applications, perform system patches and updates.
- Monitor network performance, configure and administer network equipment.
- Manage resources in cloud environments, monitor cloud performance.
- Resolve complex Tier 2/3 technical issues as escalation point for Help Desk.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and procedures.
