Job summary

The Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD) in the Philippines offers a hybrid role for an IT Infrastructure & Security Manager. You will support the HQ in Switzerland while enabling secure and reliable IT operations locally.

Responsibilities include maintaining servers, networks, storage, backups, and cloud services; strengthening security compliance; and guiding IT projects with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• At least 5 years of IT/infrastructure experience.
• Strong networking, OS, servers and storage skills.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Proficient in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online.
• Open-source tech deployment and maintenance expertise.
• Security management and policy implementation.
• Excellent communication in a multi-national environment.
• Willingness to work off-hours for projects.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain server, network, storage, backups and cloud services.
• Ensure availability, performance and security of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
• Provide 1st–3rd line support for IT incidents.
• Collaborate with departments to meet tech needs.
