Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT Enterprise Business Analyst to guide BAs in discovery and design, conduct enterprise-wide analysis, and deliver high-level designs for large initiatives. You will work with Stakeholders, Product Owners, and Senior BAs to improve efficiency and manage risks while driving time-to-market.

You will mentor IT junior to senior analysts, participate in BA hiring and onboarding, and promote standards for the BA Guild across IT Deliveries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT implementation and BA experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC, UML, and modelling techniques.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT or Finance-related field.

Responsibilities

• Capture and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and user stories.
• Design workflows, sequence diagrams, and business models.
• Collaborate with UX and development teams daily.
• Mentor junior to senior BAs and influence standards.
• Support risk and impact analysis across initiatives.
