Job summary

Bolder Group is seeking a meticulous Shareholder Administrator to manage investor transactions, capital calls, and shareholder records. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to procedures within a hybrid work arrangement in the Philippines.

You will handle subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and reporting, while supporting auditors and cross-departmental projects. A finance-related degree and 1–2 years of investor services experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of investor services experience with hedge funds/private funds exposure.
• Strong grasp of financial principles related to investment funds.
• High accuracy and attention to detail for shareholder records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and place new transactions from investors in the transfer agency system.
• Process capital calls and distributions with investor communication and tracking.
• Prepare and verify redemption, dividend, and distribution payment files.
• Assist internal and external clients with ad-hoc projects and auditors' requests.
• Ensure understanding of processes and adherence to procedures.
• Prepare/update procedures and checklists with management.
• Ensure compliance and controls within own area.
• Participate in projects, testing, and training when requested.
