Job summary

RGP is seeking a senior finance professional to lead the Intercompany Accounting team within our Shared Services setup in the Philippines. You will oversee Due To / Due From processes, settlements, and balance monitoring across entities, ensuring accurate postings and compliance with policies.

You will coach and develop team members, coordinate with Finance, Treasury, and other stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across intercompany flows in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, particularly in Intercompany Accounting.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment and with ERP migrations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and coaching teams in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team overseeing Due To / Due From intercompany processing, settlements, reconciliations, postings, and balance monitoring.
• Plan workloads to ensure timely delivery of project, close, and separation activities.
• Review outputs for compliance with accounting policies, controls, and project requirements.
• Monitor balances and unresolved transactions; drive timely resolution and escalation as needed.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury and stakeholders to resolve intercompany issues.
• Develop and coach team members to drive quality and process improvements.
• Prepare and process journal entries and postings related to intercompany transactions.
• Assist with period-end close activities including intercompany reconciliation and reporting.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role will lead and oversee the team supporting the Legal Entity Separation process, ensuring accurate and timely management of Due To / Due From intercompany transactions between different entities throughout the transition and separation process.

The role also carries direct people-leadership accountability — overseeing team performance, coaching team members, and reporting progress to stakeholders throughout the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the team overseeing Due To / Due From intercompany processing, settlements, reconciliations, postings, and balance monitoring.
• Plan and allocate workloads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project, close, and separation activities.
• Review team outputs and ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, documentation, and project requirements.
• Monitor balances, aged/unmatched transactions, and key issues, driving timely resolution and escalation where required.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and other stakeholders to resolve intercompany and settlement matters.
• Develop and coach team members, drive consistent quality and processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the processing and accounting of Due To / Due From intercompany transactions between the different entities.
• Review and validate intercompany transactions to ensure appropriate coding, supporting documentation, and accurate accounting treatment.
• Perform intercompany settlements and coordinate with relevant Finance teams to resolve outstanding balances and settlement issues.
• Prepare and process journal entries and accounting postings related to intercompany transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile Due To / Due From balances between entities and investigate variances or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to resolve transactional and settlement issues.
• Support the timely clearing of intercompany balances and follow up on aged or unmatched transactions.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and audit trails for transactions processed as part of the divestiture.
• Assist with period-end close activities, including intercompany reconciliation, balance confirmation, and reporting.
• Ensure activities are completed in accordance with established accounting policies, controls, and project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in ATR/RTR operations, finance transformation, ERP migration is good to have.
• At least 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, particularly in Intercompany Accounting.
• Experience in people management is required. Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Supervisory role.
• Must have experience in SAP ERP.
• Must have experience working in a Shared Services environment.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
