Regal Rexnord is seeking a customer service oriented CSR to support inside sales activities and account management from the Philippines. You will handle verbal and written orders, provide product information, and coordinate with Sales and engineering to resolve inquiries.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely responses, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work in a hybrid model with on-site presence at a designated Regal Rexnord location and flexibility for remote work where possible.

Formación

• Four-year college degree required; technical background optional as a plus.
• Customer service experience is optional but beneficial.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office suite and email tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Pricing and Shipping teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact via phone, email, chat and written orders with high accuracy.
• Process inquiries on product design, pricing, availability and sale terms.
• Build knowledge of customers, products, drawings and buying habits.
• Provide catalog information and suggest alternatives or interchanges.
• Handle order maintenance, cancellations, delays and returns after analysis.
• Stay current on product design changes and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, field reps and product teams for customer insights.
• Maintain cordial relations with cross-functional teams for inquiries.
• Support team by sharing workload and assisting others as needed.
• Ensure distributors, orders and shipments comply with ITC guidelines.
• Maintain customer profile data in CRM or central repository.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
