Job summary

Sol is seeking a mid-to-senior HR Operations/HRIS implementation lead to drive customer go-lives starting early 2027. You will guide scope, design processes, manage change, and collaborate with product and engineering to shape the human resources operating model.

This hybrid role starts onsite in San Mateo and evolves to San Francisco as the team grows. You will be one of Sol's first users, translating customer learnings into actionable product feedback, and ensuring successful deployments with

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior HR Operations or HRIS experience, including leading HRIS implementations more than once.
• Ideally Workday or comparable HRIS at large organisations.
• Experience guiding HR processes through go-lives and audits.
• Background in HR operations and change management is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR data dependencies (org structure, jobs/positions, compensation, payroll).
• Ability to set scope, protect timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Interest in AI-driven HR tools and product feedback.

Responsibilities

• Scope each engagement from pre-sales to go-live readiness, deciding the first wave and subsequent steps.
• Keep go-lives fast by driving plans, removing blockers, and escalating risks early.
• Guide process design by mapping current work flows and determining how Sol should configure or automate steps.
• Lead change management including executive communications, steering cadence, and testing sign-off.
• Shape the product by feeding field learnings back to product and engineering.
• Teach the agent by refining what Sol's agent learns from engagements.
• Test new capabilities with customers in mind before rollout.
• Hand off to FDE through testing, cutover, and hypercare, then roll off when stable.
