Qualifications

• Deep understanding of HR processes and governance.
• Experience gathering requirements and turning them into structured docs.
• Strong process analysis and mapping skills for improvements.
• Solid grasp of business analysis methodologies (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across new domains (Sustainability, Legal).
• Interest in expanding to Sustainability and Legal applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and objectives.
• Gather, analyse, document, and prioritise requirements for enhancements and projects.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and standardisation across HR and related functions.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Collaborate with Solution Analysts and Architects to validate feasibility and translate needs into solutions.
• Support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the application landscape.
• Monitor evolving business needs to continuously improve processes and user experience.
