Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Hospitality or Business.
• Minimum 2+ years in customer service within hospitality.
• Experience with hotel operations and CRM systems.
• Strong MS Office 365 skills including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a database of CR&S leads and track through RFP tracker.
• Complete CR&S opportunities in Javelin for proper account crediting.
• Initiate contact with hotels via calls and emails for timely processing.
• Coordinate with MB Care for leads requiring Offline Billing.
• Support administrative duties and special projects for management.
