Job summary

Pimsmarketing is seeking a field-based medical sales representative in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on creating demand among doctors, dentists and allied medical professionals and expanding hospital uptake of the client’s products.

The successful candidate will manage a defined territory, drive clinics and hospitals to stock products, and work within regulatory guidelines to meet sales goals. Onsite work is required with permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course.
• Has prior work experience.
• Experience in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client's product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client's products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client's products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
