Job summary

hammerjack seeks a Junior Order Entry Agent to support end-to-end order processing for a food services client across Australia. You will work with the client’s team to ensure accurate order entry, timely processing, and strong customer care in a hybrid setup in Makati.

The role requires 1–2 years in Order Management, solid Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Weekend or mid-shift flexibility may be needed to align with Australian clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Order Management/Order Entry roles.
• Strong analytical and computer skills, esp. Excel.
• Hospitality background is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Familiarity with inventory processes is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality work output.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry to completion.
• Process data and purchase orders accurately to minimize follow-ups.
• Ensure timely and issue-free order execution for clients.
• Answer questions on order data, reports, and updates.
• Liaise with internal resources to keep orders moving.
