Michael Page partners with a leading technology company driving a digital transformation to recruit an Executive leader for Digital Technology, MarTech, and AI strategy. You will own the roadmap for web, mobile, commerce, data, marketing automation, and analytics to elevate customer engagement and growth.
The role requires 10+ years of senior leadership across digital tech, MarTech, CRM, and analytics, with hands-on experience across Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, HubSpot, GA4, Power BI, and cloud
Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience across Digital Technology, MarTech, AI, Product, Growth, CRM, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven track record of building and scaling digital ecosystems, customer engagement platforms, and enterprise technology capabilities.
- Strong experience in MarTech, CRM, CDPs, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, experimentation, personalization, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise Digital Technology, MarTech, and AI strategy across customer-facing and enabling platforms.
- Own the roadmap for digital channels including web, mobile, commerce, messaging, customer data, marketing automation, and analytics ecosystems.
- Lead AI, personalization, experimentation, and customer lifecycle initiatives to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Build and scale modern technology capabilities through API-first, composable, and data-driven architectures that enable agility and ecosystem expansion.
- Drive innovation-to-scale programmes by identifying emerging technologies, running pilots, and industrialising successful solutions into core business platforms.
- Lead high-performing cross-functional teams across digital technology, MarTech, product, customer experience, growth, analytics, and innovation while ensuring governance, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
