Arcadis, a leading global designer and engineer, seeks a General Accounting Specialist in Makati, Philippines. You will review bank reconciliations, monitor fixed assets, manage period-end close, and support audit readiness in a multinational Shared Services setup.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accountancy, CPA, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. This is a hybrid role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy is required; CPA is required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial/general accounting and audits.
• Exposure in Shared service or Multinational environment is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Review daily bank reconciliation and weekly liquidity reports.
• Monitor and reconcile fixed assets accounts and related activities.
• Review journals for manual project intercompany invoices and entries.
• Support period-end close for Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, and GL.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations and monthly analyses.
• Assist in OneStream reporting and audit readiness.
