Arcadis is the world’s leading firm delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions. We seek a General Accounting Specialist to review and complete basic accounting deliverables and assist the General Accounting Manager I in process improvements.

Based in Manila, you will handle bank reconciliations, asset accounting, journal reviews, and month-end close, while guiding team members and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree, major in Accountancy is required, CPA is required.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in financial/general accounting.
• Exposure to shared services or multinational environments is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Reviews daily bank reconciliation, weekly bank summary and liquidity report, and weekly cashflow report.
• Ensures proper monitoring, reconciliation and accounting of Fixed assets accounts.
• Reviews journals via manual AP web ADI or AP workbench for approved invoices.
• Handles period-end close procedures including Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Projects, and GL.
• Prepares and maintains critical account reconciliations and analyses.
• Supervises OneStream reporting – IC reconciliation, Financial Package, and Treasury.
• Prepares post month end reports and reviews process documentation.
• Ensures audit requirements are met and draft statutory reports prepared.
