Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a General Accounting Specialist in Makati to review and perform basic to complex general accounting deliverables, coordinating with the General Accounting Manager to improve efficiency and drive process improvements.

The role includes month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany invoicing, and preparation of statutory reports while ensuring audit readiness and timely delivery of required schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial/general accounting or audit.
• Exposure in Shared service or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews daily bank reconciliation, weekly bank summary and liquidity report.
• Ensures proper monitoring, reconciliation and accounting of Fixed assets accounts.
• Reviews journals via manual AP web ADI or AP workbench for approved manual project intercompany invoices.
• Responsible for period-end close procedures across Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Projects, and General Ledger.
• Prepares and maintains critical account reconciliations and monthly analyses.
• Supervises OneStream reporting—IC reconciliation, Financial Package, and Treasury.
