Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a General Accounting Analyst in Makati to perform timely record keeping for treasury, fixed assets, VAT, and monthly closings within a multinational shared services environment.

You will reconcile accounts, prepare journals, and support intercompany processes using Onestream and ERP systems, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs. Collaboration and adaptability to flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA is an advantage for the role.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial/general accounting.
• Experience in Shared Service or multinational environments is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Office) is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily bank reconciliations and weekly liquidity reports.
• Performs month-end journals and depreciation runs for fixed assets.
• Maintains fixed asset register and in-region asset transfers.
• Performs VAT validation and reconciliation.
• Assists in intercompany reconciliations and financial packages in Onestream.
• Supports audit requirements and prepares process documentation.
