Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited in Makati, Philippines, seeks a General Accounting Specialist to support the preparation and completion of general accounting deliverables and assist in process improvements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy is required.
CPA is required.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial/general accounting or audit.
Exposure in shared service or multinational environment is an advantage.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Reviews daily bank reconciliation, weekly bank summary and liquidity report.
Ensures proper monitoring and accounting of Fixed assets.
Reviews journals via manual AP or related platforms for approved invoices.
Responsible for period-end close procedures: Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, Treasury, and General Ledger.
Prepares and maintains critical account reconciliations and monthly schedules.
Oversees monthly/quarterly OneStream reporting: IC reconciliation and Treasury.
Prepares post month-end reports and reviews process documentation.
