Job summary

Arcadis Philippines seeks a General Accounting Specialist to handle core accounting deliverables and assist in improving efficiency under the guidance of the General Accounting Manager. This role supports process improvements and provides guidance to team members.

Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, fixed assets, period-end close, journal reviews, and post month-end reporting. CPA licensure and 3–5 years in accounting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA certification is required or active licensure.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting/audit experience.
• Experience in shared service or multinational environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare general accounting deliverables per SLA.
• Perform bank reconciliation, liquidity and cash flow reports.
• Oversee month-end close across inventories, payables, receivables and GL.
• Maintain account reconciliations and schedules; assist audits.
• Support process improvements with the General Accounting Manager.
